How I run a law firm where I have time to drop off and pick up my kids from school, attend their activities, and leave work by 12pm every Friday.

Let’s see if this sounds familiar:

  • Do you feel overwhelmed?

  • Do you not get home until after 7pm some days?

  • Do you feel like you’re being pulled in multiple directions?

  • Do you find yourself missing your kids’ school or extra-curricular activities because of work?

  • Do you find that you’re not a priority in your own life?

Let me tell you, it doesn’t have to be this way. I have spent over 10 years trying to find this so called “work/life balance.” My conclusion? It doesn’t exist. There is no perfect balance.

What I can tell you, is that I’m a damn good juggler. I wear all the hats- but just not all of the time. You can’t. And no one should expect you to. By making yourself a priority, you can in turn provide for your family and your clients. But you have to set the boundaries. Only you can make yourself a priority.

I didn’t always have it together. Oh man… not by a long shot. It’s taken me over 10 years to finally start figuring this out. And it’s a process. Because success is a journey, not an end result.

I’ve gone through it all to get where I’m at now: being unhappy when working at a prior law firm, not knowing who I am, feeling lost, double guessing my career choice, some post-partum depression, and just overall stressed out with all things in life.

In going through all of this, I’ve come out on the other side. I’ve learned so much about myself, how to run my law firm, how to be there for my family, and most importantly, how to be there for myself. And losing 40 lbs in the process didn’t hurt :)

I’m happy to support you as we work to get you to your goals!

I had no choice but to boss up

and create my own lane.
